I haven't been here yet, but was told that it's a good starting point because drinks are extremely cheap (probably for the reason above). Apparently you get a pitcher of coke, and a pitcher of whatever liquor you want, and mix your own.
A major dive bar. It's been there for ages.
If you order a gin and tonic, they give you the gin and the tonic and some ice and you make the drink yourself at your table. Pretty wild. I did not know that was legal. It might not be.
