In regards to Soul Food, I think the taste has to be quantified. I am from Louisiana, therefore, I was raised on the very best of Soul Food. I would give it a C+/C-. The food is okay. If I was from the North, I was say that the food was great! However, the bake beans are made with far too much cinnamon or nutmeg. Also, I have been to most of "faux" Soul Food resturants in the area. The restuarant is very close to the "real deal"..........
