Asylum has a great hole-in-the-wall feel of a bar. Walking in, a bar spans the wall to the right, with small booths down the left.
A DJ is elevated up in a booth playing a mix of top-40 and rock.
Downstairs there is a small bar, a pool table, and a horse-shoe like ring of couches where people can huddle around to talk.
This place has a bit of a biker-bar feel to it, but it's still usually a good time.
