Cooking Class: Recipes from Famous Washington Restaurants
12/1/2006
The Washington, DC area is home to some of the country's best and most influential restaurants. Here's your chance to try your hand preparing dishes that draw inspiration from such well-known and respected venues as Restaurant Nora, Citronelle, L'Auberge Chez Fancois and The Inn at Little Washington. This is very much a hands-on class, and we will prepare a four course dinner (appetizers, entree, and dessert). Best of all, you'll get to enjoy a generous portion of the day's offerings! Class size is limited so purchase soon!
