From the royal majesty of the Palace to the bustling excitement of the casinos, this year kick off the holiday season on foreign soil as we invite you to a very special holiday gala. Partake in the games, dance to a live band and DJ, enjoy French food and drinks, savor European holiday chocolate, and donate to a worthy cause with holiday presents for local hospitalized children.
Slip on your gowns and tuxedos for a night of dinner, music, and dancing as you celebrate the season with your fellow young professionals in this truly unique setting!
Your magical evening features:
1. LIVE BALLROOM DANCING WITH A ORCHESTRA
Our live band takes you to the center of Monaco with its special big band, ballroom, swing, and nighttime European hits. As a special bonus, our band will get us into the season with special holiday favorites.
2. CASINO:
Take to the games and partake in mock gambling with a special Monte Carlo Casino, including Black Jack, Craps, and Texas Hold 'em Poker (admittedly, a little American touch). (Note: These games are just for fun. There is no real gambling involved. You can neither win nor lose money)
3. EUROPEAN NIGHTCLUB
In the second half of the evening, we visit the hottest nightclubs from the south of France to L'Avenue des Champs Elysées as one of Washington's top DJs spins the best retro, swing and top 40 dance hits.
4. FRENCH/MONACO HOLIDAY BUFFET
Experience the exquisite French found in some of the finest restaurants, cafes and casinos in all of Paris and Monte Carlo. Catered by the French Embassy's regular chefs. The menu includes:
Salmon with Champagne Sauce
Saumon au Champagne
Breast of Chicken Basquaise
Poitrine de Poulet Tomates, Oignons et Poivrons
Potatoes au Gratin
Pommes de Terre au Gratin
Sauteed Vegetables

5. LES DESSERTS
Marie Antoinette said "Let them eat cake!" And we will. As if picked from the best pastry shops in all of France, our dessert selection offers you a wide variety of assortment de Petites Patisseries.

Indulge your cultural side as you partake in an optional viewing of the scenery, culture and people of Monte Carlo, France (and other European capitals) on a large viewing screen in the Embassy's auditorium.
9. CHARITY TOY DRIVE:
Help TTD spread joy to hospitalized children this year as we prepare for our room to room toy distribution by Santa Claus himself at the National Children's Hospital.
A special VIP option also available for early admission, champagne, and more inclusive dinner.
